Responsibilities

• Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests
• Plan, organize, control, and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
• Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counseling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant floor experience as supervisor or manager
• Beverage knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay

$68,640.00 - $72,000.00 per year (DOE)
