Key role responsibilities
- Planning, implementing and evaluating programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Leading a team of Educators ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for our children across all our rooms
- Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
- Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice
- Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do
- Ensuring the centre provides a safe and welcoming space that children, educators and parents want to be in
- Supporting the Centre Manager in completing necessary administration tasks relating to centre operations and compliance
- Running the service in the absence of the Centre Manager including bookings, rostering, parent communication and other relevant duties
