About the role

We are a family-run and locally owned 16-store franchise offering career growth opportunities. As a Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager, you will learn to lead a team while receiving training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring. In our fast-paced environment, you will develop skills to handle peak periods and build leadership abilities to grow our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team in a fast-paced setting
• Train staff on product quality and sanitation standards
• Conduct interviews and hiring processes
• Manage operations during high-volume periods ("Handle the Rush")

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
