Assistant Manager - Denver

About the role

You will assist the Manager in the overall operation of the center while ensuring it meets all company standards in sales and operations. Your focus will be on delivering the Ultimate Client Experience (UCE) by maintaining the highest levels of client service and fostering the Ultimate Employee Experience (UEE) through a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team to exceed goals.
• Oversee monthly budgets and sales drivers, manage the P&L, and deliver results.
• Create a safe and positive work environment for all employees.
• Build trust and preserve strong client and team relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales and management experience (experience selling an intangible is a plus).
• Proven track record of fostering a positive work environment.
• Engaging manner with strong, persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
• Desire to continuously improve and learn new skills for personal and team growth.
• Passion and energy for helping others, with genuine care and compassion.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and listening skills.
• Business Management or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
