About the role

Responsible for managing a team of sales associates in a retail environment. Overseeing inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, store cleanliness, and staff scheduling.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve sales performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
