Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid the Manager, Colleague Lifestyle with the day-to-day operations of the Colleague Village
- Support the management of room allocations based on resident arrivals and departures
- Maintain accurate records and files relating to colleague accommodations, room assignments, room inspections, and resident activities
- Respond to reasonable accommodation requests from residents
- Ensure that only authorized individuals enter buildings within the Colleague Village by enforcing access procedures and identification requirements
- Ensure all public areas and surrounding grounds are clean, organized, and well-maintained by providing direction to the Colleague Village Housekeeping team
- Ensure all assigned arrival rooms are prepared to the required standards by the Colleague Village Housekeeping team before residents move in
- Conduct daily inspections of public facilities within the Colleague Village to ensure standards are being met
- Maintain all notice boards within Colleague Village, ensuring posted information and provided resources are current, accurate, and relevant
- Organize resident engagement activities in coordination with the Manager, Colleague Lifestyle, Coordinator, Colleague Lifestyle, and Human Resources team
- Cook with the property management to ensure maintenance requests for accommodations are logged, tracked, and followed up through the appropriate systems on a daily basis

- Ensure all materials, supplies, and equipment required for the Colleague Village are ordered, available, and operational
- Understand compliance with health and safety policies, protocols, and procedures
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel operations, housing operations, facilities management, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in a customer- or guest-facing role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn property management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team while providing guidance to fellow colleagues
