Assistant Managers work with the General Manager in all aspects of bar & grill operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory controls, labor management, and ensuring fantastic guest experiences. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous bartending and/or serving experience
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Highly motivated for success
• Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
• Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

$48,000 - $52,000/year
