Day-to-day Support
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service
- Create floor plans and manage staffing to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Oversee service on the floor and jump in to support the team during peak times
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong communication with culinary teams regarding menu and service execution
- Utilize POS, inventory, and reporting systems to support daily operations
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 21 Years of age
- Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Has 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
