Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Manage daily restaurant operations including food quality and labor
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness
- Complete an 8-12 week paid training program including ServSafe Certification and management skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- PREFERRED: 2 years of restaurant management experience, especially in quick service
- Strong leadership, time management, and team player attitude
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 10-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with dependable attendance
