About the role

As a Windsor Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in finding the perfect look for any occasion, from everyday wear to special events. Your passion for beauty and fashion will inspire customers and help them feel confident and beautiful.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fit guidance to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, replenishment, and visual displays
• Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, beauty tips, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
• Achieve personal and store sales goals by promoting products, add-ons, and loyalty programs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• A passion for fashion, beauty, and helping others feel confident and beautiful
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
