Key responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle services, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. They build customer loyalty through excellent service, develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and facilitate store audits to maintain safety and cleanliness. The role involves opening and closing the center and fostering team development. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or service environment, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in using KPI data for performance monitoring, schedule flexibility, and fluency in English are required. Physical abilities include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled environments.
