Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests, managing work schedules and inventory, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with store audits. You will help build a high-performance team to deliver a fast, trusted service experience that fosters customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, a customer service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in using KPI data for performance improvement. High school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions are required.
