Part of the leadership team responsible for driving profitability, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager in managing store operations, visual merchandising, HR, and sales goals
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales staff to maximize performance
• Collaborate on recruiting, training, and creating a positive team environment
• Lead product knowledge sessions
• Organize community engagement events
• Step into sales roles when needed
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational accountability

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years retail management experience
• Passion for the brand
• Current fashion awareness
• Strong teamwork and flexibility
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting at least 40 pounds)
• Embrace innovation and adaptability
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
