Responsibilities

  • Create and promote a healthy team culture where employees feel empowered to work autonomously while striving for collaborative goals.

  • Execute daily operations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure every customer interaction meets exceptional service and product knowledge standards.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to train and mentor staff, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Implement rigorous inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage.
  • Oversee stringent cash handling procedures, manage registers, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Set and exceed sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement growth strategies.
  • Uphold compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Mediate and resolve customer/employee concerns and conflicts professionally.
  • Comply with HR policies, maintain documentation, and assess floor leads for professional development.
  • Partner with the General Manager to communicate and delegate goals, tasks, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
  • Open availability: able to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.

Schedule

  • Up to forty (40) hours per week on-site.
  • Overtime required depending on business needs.
  • Mandatory District meetings: 1.5 hours every Monday or Tuesday.
  • Mandatory Store meetings: up to 1.5 hours every Tuesday or Wednesday.

Pay

$26.00/hour + tips.
