Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week paid store leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store location
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain food safety standards (Serve Safe certified)
• Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Manage conflicts and difficult situations effectively
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and working in hot, noisy kitchens

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius of home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with effective verbal communication skills
• Must meet physical demands: standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., working in hot and noisy conditions, and reaching across countertops

Pay

Pay range: $26.50 per hour - $29.50 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined using factors including work location and experience.
