Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, safe, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to your team and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers while meeting service times, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire and train qualified crew members according to McDonald's standards, schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, conduct a "Best First Week" orientation, and motivate them throughout their time working there.

Qualifications

• Previous McDonald’s Management experience is preferred.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who enjoys working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
