About the role

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervisions, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Assist the General Manager in meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, manage sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Qualifications

Competitive pay starting at $20.00/hr, with the potential to make up to $21.00/hr. Paid Time Off (PTO) of two weeks per year, personalized schedules, and bonuses are available. Skills
