About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you're part of the leadership team driving profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You’ll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team, collaborate with leadership to adapt business strategies, and ensure smooth operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results and maximize profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility (e.g., Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with leadership to foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to boost product knowledge and elevate authentic customer connections.
• Develop innovative community engagement and loyalty-building events.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for the brand, customers, and teams.
• Awareness of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in uncertain situations.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Pay

Hourly range: $19.50 - $24.35. Base salary may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is part of a competitive total rewards strategy that includes bonuses, benefits, and perks.
