Responsibilities

• Provide underserved customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life
• Management: Assist Store Manager with training, daily operations, and work schedules
• Sales and Account Management: Drive sales growth through completed installment orders, maintain accurate records of accounts, and prospect new business and customers
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness

Requirements

• 2 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (required for driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
