About the role
Flynn Wendy’s, established in 2021, is a key player within the Flynn Group, owning and operating 300+ Wendy’s restaurants across 8 states. With a dedicated team of over 6,000 employees, Flynn Wendy’s is the 5th largest Wendy’s franchise in the system.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in your restaurant, coaching and developing team members.
- Help run the business through high energy and standards.
- Manage time effectively and organize tasks efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
- A passion for quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
