About the role

Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

Responsibilities

• Avoids waste and ensures proper inventory levels
• Monitors cash drawer and reports discrepancies
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manages employee schedules and training
• Facilitates positive customer interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Pass a background check
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience in employee development
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
