About the role

Domino's Pizza (Dynamic Pizza, LLC) is seeking leaders who can foster a fun work culture and atmosphere. The role involves supporting and helping create a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Leading a team toward a common, outstanding goal: selling more pizzas and having more fun!
• Directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone and with others, working under stress, meeting strict quality control standards, coordinating with coworkers and customers, analyzing and compiling data, making sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner.
• Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality - taking orders and fielding customer concerns with a smile!
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
• Preparing products to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Willingness to take inventory, stock ingredients, process telephone orders, navigate delivery areas, and make correct monetary change.
• Using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Daily tasks performed from a standing position, involving walking on ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas, unloading bulk product deliveries, lifting and/or stacking up to 50 pounds, crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, using stairs, and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must have one year of driving history.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle Record Check, meeting company-specific standards.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
