Assistant Manager

Job Duties

• Oversight of kitchen and delivery crew operations.
• Handling customer orders via phone, internet, and in-person.
• Cooking and preparing customer orders according to Domino's procedures and standards.
• Performing basic kitchen maintenance tasks such as cleaning, stock rotation, proofing dough, etc.
• Conducting basic administrative duties like inventory management, food ordering, scheduling, running reports, entering evaluations, addressing customer concerns, closing and opening tasks, etc.

Requirements

• Shifts include day and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and excellent food quality standards.
• Effective customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and maintain good mobility.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and cash handling.
• Teamwork and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of food service or restaurant experience.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and maintain good mobility.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer software.
• Fundamental math skills for inventory management and cash handling.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within food service.
• Current enrollment in or completion of business management coursework.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory management and food ordering systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish).
