Responsibilities
- Create a culture in the restaurant that is exciting, optimistic, and rewarding, while building sales and managing profitability
- Lead shift operations and support the General Manager by owning multiple management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Recruiting and training the next generation of leaders, guiding them to promotion and empowering them for successful careers
- Personnel decisions regarding the restaurant team, including orientations, transfers, and terminations
- Writing schedules that meet business needs to deliver a great guest experience while maintaining financial responsibility
- Administrative duties including payroll, inventory, food ordering, and proper cash handling
- Ensuring employees are paid properly and receive appropriate benefits
- Communicating company changes and focus to the team
- Assisting with local store marketing opportunities
