Assistant Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Help the General Manager ensure smooth operations during each shift.
• Aid in local store marketing efforts to meet sales and profit targets.
• Support team members with performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

The schedule for this position will vary based on the needs of the restaurant and the individual's qualifications.
