Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Help the General Manager ensure smooth operations during every shift.
• Aid in local store marketing efforts to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Support team members through performance and training initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
