About the role

This isn’t a 9-5 desk job—this is a career with purpose that lets you set a flexible, full-time schedule alongside the General Manager. As an Assistant General Manager / Coach, you’ll partner with the General Manager to drive membership growth, lead a high-energy team, and create a fun, positive environment for kids and parents. You’ll also coach 8-12 KidStrong classes per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to coaches & staff
• Assist the GM in meeting sales & operational goals
• Maintain class scheduling & optimization
• Ensure exceptional customer service and member retention
• Teach high-energy, pre-designed KidStrong workouts (ages walking – 11 years old)
• Motivate and engage with parents & students
• Help train new coaches and maintain KidStrong programming
• Utilize marketing & lead-generation strategies to drive trial bookings and membership conversions
• Ensure front desk processes (member check-ins, inquiries, guest registration) run smoothly

Requirements

• Experience working with kids (education, coaching, fitness, etc.)
• Sales & leadership experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field a plus
• Strong communication, organization, & multi-tasking skills
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Microsoft Office
• CPR & First Aid Certified (can be obtained post-hire)
• EpiPen Certified (can be obtained post-hire)
• High energy & ability to lead workouts
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay

Base pay: $49,500/year plus performance-based bonuses:

• Tier 1: +$500/month ($6,000/year)
• Tier 2: +$750/month ($9,000/year)
• Tier 3: +$1,000/month ($12,000/year)

Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
