As an Assistant General Manager / Coach, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to drive membership growth, lead a high-energy team, and create a fun, positive environment for kids and parents. This role combines leadership, coaching, and sales in a dynamic, purpose-driven setting.

Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth and sales in partnership with the General Manager.
- Lead and inspire a team of coaches and staff to maintain a high-energy, engaging atmosphere.
- Assist in meeting sales and operational goals, including class scheduling and optimization.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure strong member retention.
- Coach 8–12 KidStrong classes per week for children ages walking to 11 years old.
- Motivate and engage with parents and students during classes.
- Train new coaches and uphold KidStrong programming standards.
- Utilize marketing and lead-generation strategies to drive trial bookings and membership conversions.
- Oversee front desk operations, including member check-ins, inquiries, and guest registration.
Requirements
- Experience working with kids (e.g., education, coaching, fitness).
- Sales and leadership experience preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Certifications (can be obtained post-hire):
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- EpiPen Certified.
- Physical ability to lead high-energy workouts, bend, kneel, reach, balance, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay
Base pay: $49,500 per year, plus performance-based bonuses with uncapped earning potential.
- Tier 1: +$500/month ($6,000/year).
- Tier 2: +$750/month ($9,000/year).
- Tier 3: +$1,000/month ($12,000/year).
