About the role
The Assistant Manager role is a multifaceted position that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Key responsibilities include driving sales results through customer service analysis, overseeing daily store operations, managing staffing and payroll, training and developing staff, demonstrating product knowledge, building visual displays, analyzing reports, protecting store assets, and operating POS systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines
- Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management
- Train and develop the non-management staff
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales
- Build and maintain visual displays
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making
- Protect store assets & perform inventory control
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
- Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
- Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong background in retail operations, customer service, and team leadership. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. A passion for the brand and a commitment to excellence are essential.
