Responsibilities
- Be familiar with and adhere to the policies and procedures of the resort handbook and best practices
- Support activities in daily operations across all activity areas, including ticket redemption
- Responsible for guest and employee safety including compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures, daily operational logs, and emergency response
- Actively foresee, plan for, and mitigate hazards or risks across all activity areas
- Lead training assessments, check-off forms, and provide daily coaching and guidance to Team Leads and Activities employees
- Safe use of company vehicles
- Ensure compliance with daily, monthly, and annual inspection logs across all areas
- Assist in monitoring and controlling daily payroll, budget, and scheduling
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal
