Responsibilities
- Develop Servant Leaders—prioritize your people and restaurant over yourself
- Create Memorable Experiences—deliver service so exceptional guests can’t wait to return
- Maintain administration balance between high-quality employee/guest experiences and financial goals
- Welcome and train new team members
- Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members
- Build shift supervisors’ capabilities and prepare them for advancement
- Consistently thank the team and celebrate successes
- Actively coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate
- Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations
- Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
- Maintain consistent product quality and operational standards
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans improving guest metrics
- Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP Logs
- Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders
- Evaluate and implement cost controls
- Monitor people charts, production planning, and adjust as needed
- Create and manage schedules and onboard new team members
- Implement action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication with guests and team members
- Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
- Skill in motivating employees, resolving conflicts, and making tough decisions
- Availability to work all shifts: open, close, weekends, and holidays
