Here's What You Will Be Doing

• Develop Servant Leaders-Puts your people and restaurant first-not yourself
• Create Memorable Experiences-Creates a service experience so good the guest can't wait to come back to Burger King
• Administration-Maintains the balance between providing a high-quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals
• Welcome new team members and provides them with the training needed to do their job
• Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team
• Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching
• Build the capability of the shift supervisors and prepare them for their next level
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success
• Actively coach brand service behaviors-train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate
• Monitor Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans to improve guest metrics
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) will be met
• Evaluate and implement cost controls
• Monitor people charts and production planning and make necessary adjustments
• Create and monitor schedule and manage new team members on-boarding process
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

Education - Experience You Will Need

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays
