About the role
Being the best pizza delivery company in the world requires exceptional team members working together. At Domino's Pizza, our people come first! Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Assistant Managers to our team! Being a Domino's Assistant Manager isn't your average management job. Many of our team members began their careers as Assistant Managers and today are successful General Managers, Area Supervisors, and even Franchise Owners. In fact, 90% of Domino's franchise owners started out as delivery drivers for Domino's! If you are someone who likes a challenge and prefers a fast-paced work environment with TONS of room for growth, you'll love sinking your teeth into life as an Assistant manager at Domino's! As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting with all store operations during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, you’ll be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all store operations, including but not limited to: staffing and scheduling, general administrative duties, maintenance scheduling and reporting, and any other tasks that are needed to ensure successful day to day operation of the store. This job posting is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Domino’s Pizza LLC, Domino’s Pizza Franchising LLC, or Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (“Domino’s Corporate”). This means, among other things, that the independent franchisee is alone responsible for and will independently make all decisions concerning employment matters for the store, including those relating to hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, compensation and benefits, staffing, and scheduling. Domino’s will not receive a copy of any application you submit for this job posting and will not have any control over whether you receive an interview and/or are ultimately hired. Further, Domino’s does not control and is not responsible for the employment policies and practices of independent franchisees.
