Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring each customer visit results in friendly, personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with the District Manager and team members to maintain operational standards. We provide training and development to help you achieve your management goals, with internal promotions based on performance and business need.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient team members.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of staff while managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspection standards.
• Foster a fun, family-friendly restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
