About the Role

Ayvaz Pizza, a franchisee of Pizza Hut, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily operations, ensuring customers receive friendly, personalized service, great food, and a clean, inviting environment. We seek a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team, working closely with the District Manager and other members to maintain operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train, and orient team members
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and staff development
• Manage team relations
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
• Meet health and safety inspections and standards
• Foster a fun, family environment in the restaurant

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high-volume food service preferred)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Valid Driver's License with access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent, with all required state and federal documents
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
