About the role
As a franchise of Domino’s Pizza Inc, Happy People Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager/General Manager with a passion for leadership and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team of employees to ensure peak performance.
- Manage store operations including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

- Availability for either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
