Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders—puts your people and restaurant first, not yourself

• Handle administration—balance high-quality employee and guest experiences with financial goals
• Welcome and train new team members
• Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members
• Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for their next level
• Consistently thank the team and celebrate success
• Actively coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate
• Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
• Maintain consistent product quality and operations standards
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager and team to create action plans improving guest metrics
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards are met
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP Logs
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders
• Evaluate and implement cost controls
• Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team members’ onboarding process
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Availability to work all shifts: open, close, weekends, and holidays
