Position Summary

Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, seeks Assistant Managers to lead store operations in a dynamic environment. This role offers opportunities for growth into General Manager and franchise leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.

  • Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.

  • Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.

  • Assist with food preparation, stocking, and other store operations as needed.

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

  • Tips available when assisting with deliveries (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

  • Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)
