Position Summary
Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, seeks Assistant Managers to lead store operations in a dynamic environment. This role offers opportunities for growth into General Manager and franchise leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead store operations during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.
Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and other store operations as needed.
Compensation & Perks
Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Tips available when assisting with deliveries (if applicable)

Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)
