About the role
The role involves managing all aspects of operations during shifts, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. The incumbent must adhere strictly to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment, including preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, and cleaning facilities.
- Staff the store, handle paperwork, manage costs, control cash, manage food, adhere to schedules, maintain a professional appearance, provide excellent customer service, ensure punctuality and attendance, transport to/from work, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, and use motor coordination and precise movements to perform tasks.
- Handle varying weather conditions, store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F, sudden temperature changes, food odors, and exposure to fumes and dust.
- Stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, stoop, crouch, squat, reach, and perform hand tasks, including shaping dough, using tools like a pizza peel, and manipulating packaging materials.
- Utilize machines, tools, and equipment, such as computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
- For delivery roles, drive vehicles, deliver products to customers, and navigate various terrains while carrying goods.
Requirements
Must have valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery. Must possess navigational skills to deliver products within a designated area.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct change, communicate verbally and write clearly, and operate machinery and tools.
