Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations.
- Set the example by adhering to all policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensuring your team does the same.
- Manage staffing, paperwork, food, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards, ensuring great customer service.
- Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and process orders.
- Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.
Qualifications
- Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to comprehend and give clear written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and making correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
- Motor coordination for rapid and precise movements, including computer/touch screen use.

Work Conditions
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks (e.g., removing trash).
- In-store temperatures range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
- Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters (e.g., walk-in cooler).
- Hot surfaces/tools (ovens up to 500°F or higher) and sharp edges/moving mechanical parts.
Sensory Requirements: Talking/hearing on the phone, near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
Physical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks are performed standing.
- Walking: Short distances on ceramic tile/linoleum surfaces.
- Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Unloading deliveries (up to 50 lbs), stacking cases on shelves up to 72" high.
- Carrying: Large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of dough (12 lbs per tray).
- Pushing/Pulling: Moving trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 lbs).
- Climbing: Infrequent use of stairs/ladder for maintenance or sign changes.
