Responsibilities
- Aid the store manager in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising all staff members.
- Promote a positive relationship between store employees and customers.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Assist with the merchandising and safeguarding of store inventory.
- Respond promptly to supervisor's guidance regarding store operations and the implementation of suggestions and/or merchandise promotions.
Requirements
- One year of management experience preferred.
