About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you will progress through four stages in managing, with promotions and hourly pay increases as you learn. This role prepares you to eventually supervise your own store.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Greet customers and take orders (including phone orders) with a positive attitude.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products safely and courteously from the store to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the front to the back of the store.
• Adhere to Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards for professional appearance.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team (managing 3 to 30 people per shift).
• A clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Full open availability.
• At least 18 years old.
