Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership for tasks and assignments.
  • All day to day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Aid in developing more managers by setting an example and mentoring your team.
  • Staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining professional appearance, promoting Domino's image standards, providing excellent customer service, and effective service recovery.
  • Promote attendance and punctuality, reliable transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean store and equipment daily.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Communicate verbally and write clearly to take and process orders.
  • Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
