Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in coordinating and taking ownership for tasks and assignments.
- All day to day operations including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- Aid in developing more managers by setting an example and mentoring your team.
- Staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining professional appearance, promoting Domino's image standards, providing excellent customer service, and effective service recovery.
- Promote attendance and punctuality, reliable transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean store and equipment daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Communicate verbally and write clearly to take and process orders.
- Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
