Responsibilities
- Staff your store
- Manage costs
- Develop your team members
- Process orders both over the phone and in person
- Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck
- Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
- Prepare product and take inventory
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Deliver product by car and to the door of customers
- Deliver flyers and door hangers
- Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites
- Submit to a background check and drug test
Requirements
- Minimum Age 18+ years old

- Valid Driver's License with a 2 year good driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Can Operate all equipment
- Can Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Can Prepare product
- Can Receive and process telephone orders
- Can Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Can Clean equipment and facility daily
- Can Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Can Make correct monetary change
- Can Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Can Comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Can Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites
- Can Deliver product by car and to the door of customers

Physical Requirements
- Standing
- Walking for short distances for short durations
- Sitting for paperwork completion
- Lifting bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'
- Carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, and trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Pushing trays using dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push
- Reaching up, down, and forward, occasionally reaching down to perform tasks like scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel or washing dishes, and reaching forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones
- Using hands frequently and forcefully, manipulating pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and pinching to assemble cardboard pizza boxes
- Forward bending at the waist, toe room present but workers unable to flex knees while standing at the pizza assembly station
- Crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Climbing occasionally to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance
