About the role
DTID, Inc is seeking a Full-time Assistant Manager to lead and manage our growing network of Domino's Pizza stores in Kentucky and Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop team members
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute marketing strategies
- Manage inventory and financials
- Develop and implement new technologies
- Manage staff schedules and performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Prepare for and participate in meetings
Requirements
- Full-time Availability
- Willingness to be trained with new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred management experience
- Leadership skills
Qualifications
- You will be required to go through all stages of our training.
- Understanding our training system will help you meet our company's expectations and help you train team members in the future.
- Starting Pay Range: $14-$15 per hour. Bonus potential up to $100 per week.
- Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, driving.
