Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. They must set the example by following ALL policies and procedures-every day, every shift, all the time. They must also expect and enforce the same from their employees and coworkers.

Qualifications
