Assistant Maintenance Technician

The Assistant Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and plays a key role in maintaining the property’s cleanliness and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance
• Trim, edge, and mulch as directed
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
