Responsibilities

• Assisting the Maintenance Director with operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property
• Preparing rooms for new residents
• Inspecting or reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of the property alongside the Maintenance Director
• Maintaining community landscaping to ensure the outside is as presentable as the inside

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working in building maintenance
