Key Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Packaged finished products accurately and meet production output goals
- Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
- Participate in training and support team development
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members

Pay
Starting pay $21-25/hour depending on experience and shift.
Schedule
12-hour shifts
Monday - Thursday: 0500 - 1700 (5AM - 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)
Friday - Sunday: 0500 - 1700 (5AM - 5PM) OR 1700-0500 (5PM - 5AM)
Sign on Bonus
Sign on bonus: $1,250. Paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year).
