About the role
Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand-new manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
- Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
- Participate in training and support team development
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members
Schedule
12-hour shifts:
- Monday - Thursday: 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
- Friday - Sunday: 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
Pay
Starting pay: $21–$25/hour, depending on experience and shift.
